Located in Newnan, Georgia, HALSystems, Inc. has been in business since 1983 providing software solutions and consulting services to the manufacturing and distribution marketplace.
HALSystems customers are located throughout the United States and into Eastern Canada. We concentrate on small to mid-size manufacturers and distributors. Our clients have annual revenues of $5M to $1.4B. Many are in the food or chemical industry and several others are wholesale/retail parts distributors.
Distribution-Express
HALSystems has designed a totally integrated wholesale/retail distribution system that includes HALSystems WMS (Warehouse Management System), Solution-IV accounting and order processing, RiTA Server on-line credit card processing, and the OutBound Shipping System. We call this solution Distribution–Express.
Distribution–Express is the solution for parts distributors who need rapid order entry, accurate inventory, automated shipping information, and a total accounting package. The components of Distribution- Express are also available as individual products.
WMS
HALSystems WMS is a complete warehouse management system solution that includes RF terminals, scanners, bar-code printing and software.

As a result, it usually takes only 10-14 months for WMS to pay for itself. You will also find your realized payback is quicker with WMS because the average implementation only takes three to four months.

Solution-IV
Solution-IV is a totally integrated accounting solution that adheres to General Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP).
It includes modules for AP, A/R, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Order Processing, Additional modules are available for Fixed Assets and Payroll. As part of Distribution-Express, we also include the RiTA Server real-time credit card processing.
Solution-IV consists of ten modules that each post automatically to all related modules. Business data is also easily available to desktop tools for easy graphing in Microsoft Excel or letter generation in Microsoft Word documents.
OutBound Shipping System
OutBound is an automated shipping solution for commercial and most LTL carriers. It complies with the carrier’s standards and automates the shipping process by weighing, rating, printing shipping labels, carrier manifest, and other documents.
OutBound can operate on a single PC or in a multi-station UNIX environment. As part of Distribution-Express, it is totally integrated with Solution-IV order processing and accounting and the WMS.
CIMPRO ERP
Our senior consultants have over 100 years total experience in manufacturing and distribution. As one of the leading consultants on the CIMPRO ERP solution, we provide customization, training, implementation, and ongoing support services.
For our clients, we have added UPC coding and cross-referencing; backdated A/P and A/R aging for invoice history; automatic lot allocation; route delivery invoice generation; additional financial statements using ODBC; and many other enhancements.
